Exception Alerts to Ensure Realtime Responses

Argand’s GridLENZ platform has the capability to setup exception alerts that are triggered in real-time as the data is received on our platform. This can be used to ensure that your O&M teams and other interested people can respond immediately and with the right information. Each exception is created as a “truth conditional” with a specified count so you can create as simple or as complex an alert function as you need. Give us a call to discuss your needs and we can show you the power of the GridLENZ exception alerts application.

Step 1: Setup your Alert Index

Argand’s exception alert process allows you to setup risk indices to trigger real-time alert messages. These indices can be as simple or as complex as you like and can incorporate a single data point or multiple sources.

Step 2: Manage Triggers

Once you’ve setup the risk index then you can setup which events you want to trigger the alert and who you would like to receive the messages and how often. This is all configurable from the platform interface.

Step 3: Respond & Act

Once saved, the exceptions alert service will then run autonomously in the background and enable you to have peace of mind that you will be alerted when you are required to respond and act to a specific data-driven event.
